Sponsored by Sen. Kyl, this bill (1574)

lasting change can occur. It would provide for a 2.6% increase
in payment for physician services.

FLORIDA LEGISLATION |
about
Apology by Doctor's
& Other Providers Protected |
I am
proposing this legislation to allow physicians and others to
apologize in adverse events without having to worry it will be
used against them in a malpractice trial. We have a minimal law
that essentially provides no protection. This will be more specific
and include admission of responsibility in the protection. |
Once
legislative sponsorship of the Bill is obtained, I will let you
know how to encourage support. |
